Custom tasks
=================

The default RGA application is simply the srsgui_application_ running with the configuration
defined in the `rga.taskconfig <rga_taskconfig_>`_ file in the ``srsinst.rga`` package.

By opening a different *.taskconfig* file from the menu **File/Open Config** in the GUI application,
you can run with a different configuration containing a different set of tasks and instruments.

When you create a new configuration or modifiy the default one,
refer to the `Creating a project <create_project_>`_
section and `Writing a task section <create_task_>`_ section in the srsgui_ documentation,
along with the comments in the `rga.taskconfig <rga_taskconfig_>`_ file for more information.
